The official application of the Air Force Meteorological Service (www.meteoam.it) provides forecast meteorological information relating to the national territory.

The Aeronautical Weather application is designed to provide the following features to the user.

• Forecasts geolocated based on the location of the device

• Hourly forecasts for up to five days of the main meteorological parameters – sky conditions, precipitation, humidity, pressure and wind

• Satellite images in animation

• Possibility of enabling notifications for reports of intense phenomena

• Forecast map for Italy with animations on the evolution of various atmospheric parameters in time and space (precipitation, wind, cloud cover, etc)

• Information section with multimedia contents such as videos, podcasts and animations of satellite images

• Ability to enable notifications for each new multimedia content published
